Step up your game and join one of our exclusive training groups!

Our training club provides a home for like-minded individuals to come and train together in target training groups.

Group training provides the perfect opportunity for those who are motivated by performance to make both physical and skill gains by attending weekly training sessions at our exclusive training club.

All group sessions take place at our exclusive training club, located at 168 Avenue Road Extension, Leicester, LE2 3EJ.

Anyone who is interested in joining our group training system must complete our in-house movement screen.

What’s involved

Weekly training sessions delivered by experienced coaches who will guide you through every element of your training. This highly structured training program will assist players in building strength, speed, agility, and power.

Our unique curriculum breaks down key techniques and postures, ensuring that you develop correct form and perfect your performance.

Grouping players together not only by age, but also by their training experience and physical maturity offers the perfect opportunity to tailor your training, making it even more individualised within a group setting. 

Players with the relevant experience and training competency have the opportunity to enrol onto our (ADP) Athlete Development Program. Here players have the opportunity to train independently with greater flexibility at our private club.

  • Designated free weights and plate loaded area complete with a full set of dumbbells ranging from 2.5-50kg and two olympic lifting platforms
  • A functional training area fitted with a professional standard astro turf, suitable for training speed, agility and those sports specific movements
  • 5 suspension trainers
  • A wide range of medicine balls, kettlebells and slam balls
  • A VertiMax training system – the world’s most advanced low load velocity training aid for maximising speed, vertical jump and overall athletic performance
  • The world’s most advanced wireless light training system, used to train the body and the brain, improving reaction time, mental accuracy, sensory processing and other neurocognitive attributes

Group membership comes with a minimum 3 month term, after which point we require 1 months notice to cancel via email [email protected]

Group training starts from as little as £70pm.

One to One packages are discussed following a successful movement screen.

A group membership entitles players to attend 1 or 2 sessions at the training club each week.

We recommend that players attending the training club for group sessions or one to ones, arrive no more than 5 minutes before the session start time.

It is essential that players do not arrive late as missing the warm up can contribute to injury.

Parents of players involved in one to one session are able to watch the session 

At present, parents of group members are unable watch. 

No. Our training is geared towards players of all sports. 

Yes, we provide training for both boys and girls.

Yes. Football coaching is available to both members and non- members. 

Sessions are held predominantly at our host venue; Judgemeadow Community College on their 4g surface (Marydene Dr, Evington, Leicester LE5 6HP).
